About the Whistle-blowing Desk

1.Basic Attitude toward Education and Research

We will disclose the objective, content and evaluation method of our classes to students in an accurate manner and engage in their education and guidance with passion and responsibility while continuously honing our skills in teaching and giving learning andassist to students. We will also strive to create a perfect learning environment for students and if any accident should occur, we will promptly implement the best measures available.

2.What is Whistle-blowing?

It means for employees to report violations of laws committed or to be committed by business operators (business operators or their executives and employees) to the reporting desk set up by the business operators, not for purposes of making illicit gains, but in a predetermined manner.

3.Location of the Desk

We will also strive to create a perfect learning environment for students and if any accident should occur, we will promptly implement the best measures available.

4.Users of the Desk

The Desk will receive reports from the staff of Josho Gakuen (including the special-appointment staff, the visiting scholar, the part-time staff and temporary workers), dispatched workers working in Josho Gakuen, and workers of Josho Gakuen's cntractors.

5.Content of reporting and consultation

The Desk accepts reports of certain facts regarding organizational or personal violations or potential violations of laws and regulations and provides consultation regarding if such acts actually constitute the breach of applicable laws and regulations.

6.Protection of whistleblowers

Protective measures for whistle-blowers are in place so that their reporting will not cause any disadvantages to them. If any disadvantages should arise, the chairperson of the board will implement measures to correct them. False reporting, reporting to slander or defame others, and reporting for other illicit purposes may be punished pursuant to the work rules.

7.How to report or receive consultation

We receive report or consultation requests via e-mail, fax, in writing.

Reception Hours: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM weekdays
